Connect your Ontario properties with a clear access plan
For an Ontario portfolio, a shared access policy does not mean every building needs the same equipment. Separate common user groups and administrator roles from each site’s door hardware, cabling and restrictions on working hours. If the project includes regional or Northern Ontario locations, include them in the first brief so travel, site assessment and ongoing support can be discussed explicitly.
Prepare your installation brief
- List each city and a door count for each property.
- Identify landlord, tenant and site-level administrator responsibilities.
- Separate the first phase from later expansion or regional sites.
Installation, migration and software configuration
Our team reviews the door hardware, controllers, readers, credentials, cabling and network as one installation scope. For an existing system, the assessment separates confirmed hardware reuse from items needing inspection or replacement. The proposal can include commissioning, administrator training and the handover documents for each location.
